Please understand the primary use of the app is to facilitate communication and vocal recovery for speech impaired individuals in a hospital, convalescent and home care situation. All HIPAA compliance requirements are satisfied.
All information is kept private. No data is captured, not even statistics. We do not snoop. However, data transmitted is not encrypted, so if confidential information is communicated openly, Touch Voice takes no responsibility. Not recommended for security communications. Regular conversations should be fine.
No metrics, tracking of personal information is recorded or sold. No advertisements are allowed or displayed in the app. App does use cookies as a requirement for functionality and certain capabilities of the app. Disabling cookies will disable functionality of the app. Cookies are never tracked. App requires internet access to function. No social media posting capability is available.
